Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently deliver exclusively within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland) via Royal Mail. We offer Standard Shipping (2-4 business days) for £5.99. Free shipping is available on orders over £60.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the link provided or visit Royal Mail - Track Your Item to check the status.

 

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen events like weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions may cause slight delays. In case of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at contactus@purraboo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you either receive a replacement or a refund.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
